ICE (Cyber Crimes Center) is a notorious
ransom ware appearing on the Trojans and hacked websites. In fact, it is a new
variant of FBI Moneypak Virus. Once sneaking into computer from Internet
successfully, it will invade user’s system, modifies windows registry, and then
places a fake lock on the computer.
