"I have something really nasty on my computer right now. I've run a full scan through McAfee several times and nothing has come up. I ve run scans/ removed programs through malwarebytes and an adware removal and everything appears to be clean. I am still getting adds and popups and the shopshop extension keeps installing itself on chrome. Trackpad is also not working after programs load after startup (wireless mouse is working). This is about the extent of my computer knowledge and I am at a loss for what else to do. Should I take it somewhere to get it looked at? I would really rather not buy a new computer right now."
