Step 3: Delete harmful registry entries from Registry Editor. (You need to be cautious during this step.)

You won't need this step unless you find the ads coming back again and again.

Press Win+R key to open the Run box. Type "regedit" in the pop-up box and hit OK to open the Registry Editor. And then remove all related or suspicious registries.
