The 1-860-269-6628 pop-up is a fake tech scam, which is created by scammers to cheat money from the innocent victims by promoting their paid support services and programs. See how malicious this scam pop-up is:

Victim 1: "I opened up Microsoft Edge today and went to a web page and it automatically loaded a new tab and that new tabs web page looks like a BSOD. with another pop up that looks like im trying to leave the page with an option to keep me on the page. Technically speaking, the 1-860-269-6628 pop-up is mainly caused by an adware or a potentially unwanted program currently infecting your entire system. After corrupting your PC, unauthorized changes will be made on the browser settings, causing the redirection to the 1-860-269-6628 pop-up. You may notice that this pop-up tries to convince you to dial 1-860-269-6628 for help due to error code UR97L1DA2TA.

Mind you, the BSOD error message from the 1-860-269-662 pop-up is not real. If you are tricked by the web page and call the provided phone number for tech support, you will be persuaded to buy their services and programs, which has nothing to do with the real condition of your PC.
