Cdn.staticwebdom.com has been reported to bother lots of users with superfluous pop-ups recently. The unwanted always get in by opening: shared files or other downloadable software, corrupt Websites, unknown links/pop ups etc, so does this crap. This adware, doing precisely what a browser hijacker out there does, could lurk around your system and then play havoc wth your browsers.
