Infected with Domain 7796 Ads? - How to Effectively Remove?

"I was wondering if anybody could help. I apparently have a pop up which can threaten all sorts, its name when it pops up is domain 7796 and usually offers me cash incentives if i answer question which of course i dont entertain, i have Kaspersky pure 3 and it does detect it, processes it, does the reboot but it still comes back, please can anyone advise."
