"My internet connection has came back and work just fine. I can accessing file and folder so I remove and backup an important data. I can run taskmanager and other commnd I also can run malwarebytes and have it scan my computer. Found something (not much and fix it) but when I run spybot search and destroy it keep stuck at win32.tssd. ___ (sometimes .cl sometimes .rtk) and wont continue. my Kaspersky also cannot run and show exact same error. tssdkiller won't scan and just freeze even if I rename it to something else. I try rebooting but everything stay just the same normal mode just freeze but in safe mode its looking better. any advice how to fix this."
