Step4. Show hidden files.
a. Open Control Panel from Start menu and search for Folder Options;
b. Under View tab to tick Show hidden files and folders and non-tick Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) and then click OK;

Step5. Remove all associated files.

Step6. Remove all entries related to Solteratop.
Hit Win+R keys and type regedit in Run box to open Register Editor.

Step7. Reset your browser (take IE as an example):
Open Internet Explorer >> Click on Tools >> Click on Internet Options >> In the Internet Options window click on the Connections tab >> Then click on the LAN settings button>> Uncheck the check box labeled “Use a proxy server for your LAN” under the Proxy Server section and press OK.
